Welcome to the Ball Slammin 21-Day Challenge. I designed this programme to help you break some habits in your life such as bad eating, no exercise and poor sleep etc.
It takes about two weeks to break a habit. This isn't designed as a weight loss programme, but if you follow the instructions, watch what you eat and work hard, I guarantee you will loose weight.
21 days is completely doable! It's not so long you'll loose momentum, and not so short you won't see results.
You can do the challenge from anywhere. All you need is a sand ball.
